To claim a refund for a cancelled trip, please write to us at support@blinctrip.com. Refunds for cancelled flights will be processed in 7 business days. Depending on the fare rules and conditions of the ticket, charges may be applicable.
If the refund needs to be referred to the airline, for example in the case of strikes, schedule changes, bankruptcy, illness or death, we will need to send your request to the airline for authorisation. In these circumstances it could take up to 1 month, or longer, to receive authorisation back from the airline.
