Before making any change to your booking, we need to check whether your ticket fare permits changes. Date changes are subject to the conditions defined by the airline and depend on the fare paid. Airline do not allow date change closer to departure (usually between 0-2 hours before departure). The time window varies as per airline.

Here’s how you can change your flight

1. Select the trip you want to make modifications to

   If you have an existing Blinctrip account, you can login to see your upcoming trips in the “My trips” section and select the trip you want to cancel. If you don’t have an account, you can access your trip by providing your Blinctrip booking ID and the email address you used during booking.

2. Click on Change flights

   If you’re using a desktop browser, the "Change flights" option will be available on the right side of the screen. If you’re on the Blinctrip mobile app, then you must tap on “Manage booking” when you view a trip, and then click on “Change”.

3. Select flights

   Select the flights you want to change and click on the “Select travellers” button.

4. Select travellers

   Select the travellers for whom you want to change the flights and click on the “Select dates” button.

5. Select your dates

   Select the new dates you want to travel on.

6. Review your changes

   You will now see a screen that displays the options you just selected and the approximate adjustable amount. If you’re comfortable with the amount, please click on the “Select new flights” button.
   
   On the rare occasions where we are unable to determine the adjustable amount, you can place a call request or call us directly on the number provided. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@blinctrip.com should you have any queries.

7. Confirm with OTP

   For security purposes, you may be prompted to enter an OTP that will be sent to the email ID and mobile number you provided at the time of booking.

8. Select new flights

   You can now select the new flights you would like to travel on. When you have decided on a flight, click on the “Book button”.

9. Pay the difference

   If the fare exceeds your refund amount you will be directed to a payment page to select a payment method and complete your booking.

Once your payment is successful, your flight booking will be changed and a confirmation with new tickets will be sent your Email ID and phone number you provided during booking.
