Why can't I see any flights in my search results?
This generally happens when there are no flights available for that specific route on your dates. You could try changing your dates, or provide your end destination and Blinctrip will find you another suitable route for your dates. You could also try clearing your cache.
My card was charged but I didn’t receive a booking confirmation. What should I do?
You will normally receive a confirmation email/SMS/Whatsapp within 30 mins of successful payment. Try checking the spam folder of your email for the confirmation mail. In case the transaction has failed, your amount will be reversed in 7 business days.
I got a blank screen after I entered my payment details and hit ‘Submit’. I got charged but there’s no e-ticket. What now?
If you got a blank screen after entering your payment details, please do not try booking again. We'll get in touch with you to complete your flight booking offline.
What happens if I make a duplicate flight booking?
If you have booked the same flight twice, please write to us at support@blinctrip.com and we’ll cancel one of the bookings.
